Our transparent fee structure and simple engagement terms are established upfront, and you won’t be invoiced until the candidate's first day of employment.
Retained Search
Retained search is the ideal solution for higher-volume recruiting or longer-term engagements.
This option offers a cost-effective, predictable, flat-fee, highly budget-friendly service. Clients pay a prearranged monthly fixed fee, providing scalability tailored to your needs.
We’ll hire as many as possible within the time allotted.
